Womens Only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu No-Gi Class

Join us for a women’s only Brazilian Jiu Jitsu session led by Madison Murphy from Fightworx Academy.
This two hour no-gi class is designed to be welcoming, supportive and beginner friendly while still offering strong technical detail for those with experience. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to sharpen your fundamentals in a positive training environment this class is for you.
This is a women’s only event aimed at creating a comfortable space for learning, starting your martial arts journey, connection and progression in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Spaces are limited to ensure quality coaching and mat space.

What to wear
t-shirt or rashguard and shorts, or leggings without pockets or zips.
